Black & White

Job ID: 39851756

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

A darkly comedic cartoon aimed at an adult audience is ready to move from script to screen. The concept, dialogue track, and rough storyboards are in hand; now the project needs the tactile magic of clay, puppets, or mixed-media sets animated frame by frame into a polished short film.

Your role covers the full stop-motion pipeline—building or refining character models, crafting miniature sets, lighting each scene, capturing the animation in high-resolution, then handling cleanup, compositing, and final color grade so the piece is exhibition-ready. Sound design and basic music syncing are already prepared, but seamless integration with the visuals will be part of the final pass.

Deliverables
• Finished video (4K and 1080p formats)
• Project files or image sequence for archiving
• A brief post-production report outlining frame rate, codec, and any plug-ins used

Please share examples of previous stop-motion work that highlight expressive character performance and cinematic camera moves. If you enjoy experimenting with practical effects and storytelling that skews a bit edgier, this project should feel right at home.
