Basic Podcast Editing & Social Media Clips

I'm in need of someone skilled in podcast editing. The job involves basic editing of my podcast, including tasks like removing background noise and adjusting volume levels. I'm not looking for anything fancy, but clear and crisp audio quality is a must. Editing out any dead spaces or speaking mistakes.

Additionally, I want to this person to edit 1-3 promotional video clips per episode that can be shared on various platforms. These will be short snippets, so a knack for identifying engaging content is essential.
