Arabic/English Promo Materials for App Launch

Description:
I’m preparing to launch a new bilingual mobile app (English/Arabic) in Kuwait. I need a creative freelancer or small team to handle the concept, design, and production of short promotional assets for Instagram. The ads should feel localized to Kuwait and highlight the app’s everyday usefulness.

Deliverables:
1 short promo video/Reel (15–30 seconds, vertical format, optimized for Instagram)
1 static or carousel graphic (pre-launch teaser)

Requirements:
Content in both English and Arabic (Arabic must feel localized — Kuwaiti dialect preferred).
Video should be engaging and text-driven.
Voiceover is optional:
If you provide Arabic VO, it must be in Kuwaiti dialect.
If not, keep it text + music only (no VO required).
English VO is not required.
Final files optimized for Instagram (1080x1920 for video, 1080x1080 or 1080x1350 for graphic).

Test access to the app (Android only — freelancer must have an Android device)

Familiarity with Gulf/Kuwait market is a big plus
Can handle both creative direction and production (script, storyboard, animation/graphics)
