Project Brief – Animated Instagram Reels (Arabic, Voice-Over Only)
I am building an ongoing series of 15–45 second 3D Instagram Reels focused on:
Forex trading tips
Explaining our cashback benefits
Improving general financial literacy
All content will be in Arabic, delivered in a natural, human tone, using my own voice as the voice-over. I will not appear on camera in any form.
Roles & Responsibilities (Important)
I will provide the full context for each video, including:
The main idea and message
What the video should explain
The structure and narrative flow
Clear direction for animations, charts, transitions, and visuals
Your role is execution, which includes:
Translating my instructions into clean, minimal motion graphics
Designing and animating charts exactly as described
Maintaining clarity, timing, and smoothness
Delivering a polished, professional final output
Creative reinterpretation is not required — accuracy and clean execution are the priority.

Animation-only content:
Motion graphics
Charts and numeric visuals
On-screen text
No live footage
No talking heads
Minimalist and data-focused design:
Generous whitespace
Brand colors used sparingly
Clean typography and readable numbers

Branding Requirement (Mandatory)
My logo must appear in every video
Preferred placements:
As a subtle footer throughout the video, or
A clean logo reveal at the end, or
Both, if done tastefully
The logo usage must:
Be consistent across all videos
Respect spacing and minimalism
Never distract from the main content
A brand kit (logo files, colors, fonts) will be provided.
Voice-Over & Language
Arabic content only
Voice-over recorded by me in a warm Khaleeji/Gulf accent
You will receive clean, raw audio files
Arabic captions must be perfectly synced to the voice-over and free of typos
Format & Technical Requirements
Each Reel must meet the following standards:
Duration: 15–45 seconds
Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical)
Resolution: 1080 × 1920
Final export: High-quality MP4 (no compression artifacts)
Animations must match spoken data and timing precisely
Deliverables
Final MP4 video
Editable source file (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
Delivery via cloud link
