I'm looking for a skilled Youtube manager and video editor who can help me edit and manage my anime channel. The edits will primarily be episode highlights.

- The editing should be of moderate pacing with smooth transitions.

Additional Video Elements:
- Subtitles
- Background Music
- Special Effects

Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience with anime video editing
- Proficiency in Youtube channel management
- Ability to create engaging edits
