Animator, Post-Production services

I’m from a church in Singapore and would like to enquire on your post-production services. We are doing a weekly children’s pack like a service with content to educate and encourage children. Video description is as below:

• Type of video: children church service
• Youthful or kids GFX and music
• 45 mins duration per episode
• 1.5 to 2 weeks turnaround
- Footages to be given by Sep 17
- Final product to be in by Oct 01

Footages will come from us, but we would like to engage post-production services that include offline editing to finishing (as below):
• New assets
• Audio and video syncing
• Color correction
• Basic 2D GFX
• Assembling of all segments with raw videos given
• Mastering for Broadcast

Currently we're looking at a budget of SGD600-1000
