Animated Marketing Deck & Video

I need a PowerPoint master who can take my raw marketing content and turn it into a polished, animation-driven deck that sells. The end goal is twofold: first, a presentation with engaging animated elements on every slide; second, an exported video that matches the energy and production quality of the reference I provided (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DC7v0regbn0).

Because this deck will anchor an upcoming marketing campaign, every slide has to feel dynamic and on-brand while remaining fully editable for future tweaks. I am looking for subtle yet sophisticated in-slide motion—think object fades, zooms, and kinetic text—rather than flashy slide-to-slide transitions. Timing is critical; I need the first full draft as soon as humanly possible, with room for one rapid round of refinements before final delivery.

Deliverables:
• A 16:9 PowerPoint file (.pptx) with all animated elements intact
• An MP4 video rendered directly from the deck at 1080p, synced to the slide timings
• Any custom graphics or fonts packaged separately to keep the file self-contained
