Anatomy Reel With Personal Clips

I need a short, punchy social-media reel that opens with the hook “Surgery is often the last solution used first” and then visually walks viewers through the idea that poor movement mechanics—not structural damage—cause many chronic issues.

What I already have
• A short script with hook, explanation, story, and offer (see above).
• Vertical exercise-demonstration clips I filmed in 1080 × 1920.

What I expect from you
Blend my exercise footage with clean, simplified anatomical diagrams that highlight joints and muscle chains as I move. Think modern, flat-style overlays rather than hyper-real 3D models. The graphics should reinforce the narrative—first showing “pain” areas, then illustrating how proper mechanics restore function. Light text call-outs are welcome as long as they stay on brand. Smooth transitions and engaging motion graphics are a must so the final piece feels dynamic and professional.

Deliverables
• 30–60 sec vertical reel (MP4, 1080 × 1920, 30 fps) ready for Instagram/TikTok/Reels
• Source project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects) with all layers intact
• Separate export of any custom diagram assets for future use

Acceptance criteria
The finished reel clearly pairs each talking point with a matching diagram, keeps my exercise demonstrations visible and unobstructed, and maintains tight pacing that holds viewer attention to the final offer.
