All-Round YouTube Channel Manager Needed

I am seeking an expert YouTube manager, adaptable in handling a wide variety of tasks to ensure an optimally-running channel. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Video Editing: You will be tasked with skillfully enhancing raw video footage into engaging content, with frequency determined on an "as-needed" basis.
- Channel Optimization: Your role will also involve the strategic optimization of my channel for higher visibility. This includes advanced keyword research, proper tagging, compelling titles and descriptions, etc.
- Content Scheduling: Additionally, you will provide support in scheduling content, ensuring a consistent stream of fresh videos for my audience.
Although knowledge of specific video editing software was not stated, having experience with popular ones like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Sony Vegas Pro could be a plus.
