After Effects & AI Exploration

I’m diving into Adobe After Effects and its AI-powered extras purely for my own use and I’d like a knowledgeable hand to accelerate the learning curve. The focus is hands-on experimentation rather than a polished commercial piece, so the freer we can be with ideas the better.

What I want to explore
• Special effects and seamless transitions that show off what’s possible beyond the default presets.
• Dynamic typography and text animations—kerning tricks, motion paths, responsive type, the works.

How you can help
Guide me through a small sample composition that combines both areas above. Record or document every step, call out the key panels, and explain any AI-assisted shortcuts you use inside After Effects (e.g., generative fill, sensei-driven motion tracking). By the end I should be able to open the .aep file, scrub through each layer, and understand exactly how the effect was achieved.

Deliverables
• Finished sample composition (AEP) plus exported preview video.
• Walk-through: screen-recorded session or a clearly written guide with screenshots.
• Brief notes on AI features used and why.
