Adult Creative Arts Workshop
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
Hi, i am enquiring about a video for an event my company is hosting - not a wedding. its a professional development workshop that my company is hosting for early childhood teachers. its a free event for any/all ece teachers to come and learn/upskill and connect with other like minded people. We believe ece teachers play a vital role in the community and ece teachers are hardly recognised or appreciated and this is one way our company is giving back to the community.
its indoors, it will start from 11am - 1pm. but i will be there from 10am - 2pm to help set up and pack down. the programme is that attendees will come at 11am to mingle and chat with one another. the talk will start at 1130am - 1230pm. then from 1230-1pm, lunch will be served.
So in essence, what i am after is
1) a video (~1 - 2 min) so I can post on IG/FB after the event that showcases the highlights of the event and we thank everyone who came. in this video we show - the packing up, the attendees arriving, the presentation given by the facilitator, the beautiful food, and a thank you testimony from a couple attendees.
2) a couple of short condensed version of the video above but much shorter (10-20seconds) - intent is to use to promote future upcoming professional development workshops. so viewers get an idea of what its about and will feel inspired to want to come to the next one.
