Adobe Premiere Pro Video Editing Tutoring

I am a beginner video editor interested in learning Adobe Premiere Pro with a focus on creating content for my Social Work NGO. I am looking for a professional video editor with teaching experience who can guide me in mastering basic video editing and trimming, adding effects and transitions, as well as audio editing and mixing.
Classes of 20Hrs. I am working with the NGO and we have multiple videos which needs edit. I dont want someone who just reach and say Give me videos and I will edit. I want to learn it on my own because I want to edit our school kids video to be edited. I have subscribed to Adobe Premium pro and have the access to it.
