Adobe Premiere Pro Expert Needed for B-Roll Footage Organization

I am looking for a talented video editor who can efficiently organize and cut a few hours of raw footage into smaller, manageable clips to be used as B-Roll for a YouTube video.
Project Overview:
You will receive raw footage via a Google Drive link, which you will need to cut and organize into shorter clips. This task is designed to assess how you manage and approach video editing, focusing more on your process and organizational skills than the final output.
Job Details:
Footage Review: Watch the provided footage and select moments where active tasks are being performed (e.g., creating 3D art or coding).
Clip Selection: Clips should range from a few seconds to a few minutes, generally less than 60 seconds unless more time is needed to fully capture an activity.
Naming Convention: Each clip should be named descriptively, based on the content or activity shown.
Editing Requirements: No additional edits are required (no zooms, color grading, or SFX).
Sample Edit Guidelines:
Time Commitment: You should spend approximately 1 hour on this sample edit.
Completion: Completing the entire footage is not required. The focus is on your selection and organization skills.
Compensation: Payment will be for 1 hour at your bid rate on Freelancer. If you are good fit it will be on going project
