We need to edit a short video of an apartment for sale in the city of Flandes - Colombia, which was made with a cell phone in 1920 x 1080 (30 fps) quality, the final duration should be approximately 45 seconds.

Manage at least Premier and After Effects.
Know business writing.
Be logical, orderly and honest.
The output format should be optimal for instagram/facebook advertising. We will help you in the writing of the texts, they must be in English (Priority) and Spanish (Secondary). The video must have free background music and relevant commercial data. We don't need narration. The video must be retouched to improve its quality.
