I am looking for a developer to create a hosted video conferencing SERVICE that could be interoperable by API calls to both web and mobile (iphone and android) applications.
The service should have the ability to perform the basic video conferencing services, such as schedule, invite, group conferencing, audio and video muting, and record, etc.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
