Video Conferencing System Design

I'm looking for a professional with substantial experience in designing video conference systems. The primary focus is on creating a robust video conferencing setup. I need system design for Crestron, Extron, and Poly com type systems. This would be a ongoing process helping us design systems for our clients. 4 to 6 months to start. See diagram attached on a typical system. This drawing may not be up to date on parts that may be currently discontinued. Will need complete system flow with combining manufactures brands. Open to by the hour or set price. We want to start with 3 video conference basic systems for a small, medium and large video conference rooms. Design so each room can be expanded to meet the exact requirements of client. Expanded meaning - mores microphones, HVAC control, drape/shade control, room. We want to offer 3 basic systems for 3 different styles of rooms. Then able to expand on those systems.

Key Requirements:
