As we move through the space I’ll ask you to linger on anything that speaks to structural integrity—cracks, damp patches, uneven floors—then zoom in on interior finishes such as cabinetry, tiling, paintwork, and finally test lights, outlets, taps, and visible plumbing where the agent allows.
