QSC & RTI Integration Programming
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need our new conference room to function as a turnkey, high-end video-conferencing space. All hardware is already racked and wired; what’s missing is the programming that will let the QSC Core 110f DSP and the RTi XP8 controller work together seamlessly.
Primary use
• Video conferencing must be rock-solid, with smooth screen-sharing and reliable camera auto-tracking.
Audio scope
• The room has multiple table and ceiling microphones that must be mixed and processed through the Core 110f for consistently high-quality sound.
• Acoustic echo cancellation, gain-sharing, and gating need to be tuned so that remote participants never hear feedback or background noise.
Control & user experience
• The XP8 should provide a single-touch interface (touch-panel and mobile) that calls preset camera positions, mutes individual mics, launches screen share, and powers the system up or down.
• Logic events from the Core 110f (e.g., active mic detection) should trigger visual indicators on the XP8 UI.
Deliverables
1. Q-SYS Designer file (.qsys) with all DSP blocks, AEC settings, and GPIO logic.
2. RTS XP8 program, including all macros, user pages, and device drivers.
3. A short commissioning checklist and remote walkthrough confirming:
– crystal-clear audio from every mic position,
– instant, glitch-free screen sharing,
– camera auto-tracking tied to the active speaker,
– all functions accessible from the XP8 interface.
I can provide floor plans, device IP addresses, and remote VPN access the moment we begin. Once the above acceptance points are met, the project will be considered complete.
