You’ll guide the customer through a brief remote or in-person interview, handle all recording or screen-capture logistics, and then edit the footage into a clean HD (1080p) MP4 with balanced audio, light branding, and subtle lower-thirds. A calm, conversational tone is essential; no hard sales pitch, just genuine enthusiasm for their results.
