Overview:
The game is played on a table using an operator, it is a multi player game using playing cards which are private to each of the players. The players communicate their actions to the operator and other players via video conferencing (sound and vision).
Requirements:
1) 8 cameras which stream a live feed in real time of the playing cards, cameras are situated under the table capturing the images of the cards through a transparent panels. Each of these feeds are private and fed only to the player in that position.
2) A camera suspended over the table to capture all the table
3) A camera situated in front of the operator so all players can see the operator
4) Video conferencing where players can talk to the operator and each other
5) Mic/speakers so the operator can hear and speak to the player
6) Referee feed where a referee can communicate if there are any issues in the game (Audio and Visual access)
7) Observer access where an observer can watch the game with no access to private cards and cannot speak or interrupt in the game
8) The facility for players to enlarge a section of the screen by hovering the curser over a particular area of the screen
9) The operator & referee needs to be able to have the facility to mute (audio) players
10) Players have the facility to mute themselves and to turn on/off their camera feed
The players view
The main image would be of the table, their own private cards, and the video feeds of the other players situated in their position. If a player moves his curser over a particular part of the table that area would be enlarged for a clearer view.
