Setup our own IPTV server -- 2

I am looking to setup our own IPTV server. We have already a dedicated server on the cloud. Specifically, we need a setup that allows us to stream videos. We're looking for a streaming TV server as the foundation of our setup. We do not have a particular streaming platform in mind yet, so we are open to anything.
