Scalable VPN/Proxy to Unblock JioHotstar with Indian IPs for Non-Indian Subcontinent Users

I am looking for an expert network/software developer (or a team) with proven experience in OTT streaming geo-bypass, VPN/proxy infrastructure, and Indian IP acquisition. The goal is to build a professional, scalable, and stable solution that reliably unblocks Hotstar (Disney+ India) for 300+ users, supporting at least 1080p and 4K streaming.

Please note:
• I am NOT interested in best-effort or hobby projects.
• Home fiber, SIM pool, or “peer” models are NOT acceptable.
• Solution must not rely on existing VPN providers like ExpressVPN or Surfshark.
• Project requires real Indian IPs that work for Hotstar premium streaming.
• VPN/Proxy Solution will be used outside India only. (Not Indian sub continent)

• Help optimize for cost while maintaining reliability.

• System must be stable and manageable remotely.

Please read before bidding:

Hotstar/Disney+ India is far more advanced in blocking VPN/proxy access than any other Indian streaming service (SonyLIV, Zee5, JioCinema, etc.).
Hotstar does not just check for Indian IP — it performs real-time IP blocklisting, ASN detection, BGP/peering analysis, session-token and device fingerprinting, and binds every video chunk’s decryption token to the client’s IP.

Any solution that uses typical datacenter/VPS/“virtual India” IPs will be blocked for premium content playback.

Only developers with experience bypassing Hotstar’s per-segment DRM token, real residential proxy routing, and multi-factor geo-fingerprinting should apply.
