Milestone VMS Plug-in for Parking Systems

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a Milestone Video Management Software (VMS) plug-in for our complete parking management system. This plug-in should integrate with our existing ticket dispensers, access controllers, and LPR cameras, and allow for management via the Milestone interface.
Key requirements:
- The plug-in must include functionalities for ticket management, access control, and LPR camera integration.
- It should be primarily designed for use by security personnel.
- Compatibility with Linux and Windows is essential, as the plug-in needs to run on this operating system.
The ultimate goal is for our solution to be available on the Milestone Marketplace, so familiarity with this process is a plus. An ideal candidate would have a strong background in developing VMS plug-ins and understanding of parking management systems.
