Live streaming over zoom of the panel meeting - 5th of December in Exeter -- 2

We plan an evening event in Exeter. It is a panel meeting with live broadcasting over zoom. There will be some presentations with slides used on the laptop. The eevent is scheduled to happen on 5th of December from 18:30 till 21:00. We require a technician with some equipment and microphones to provide technical support of this broadcasting. We have Zoom Webinar subscription platform to use and record the event.
