Key requirements:
- Create a system capable of 50 HD SRT as input transcode into 3 profiles 480/720/1080 resolution and push it through CDN. streams must be recorded 3 days each. Viewers are in Canada USA and EU.
- Provide comprehensive system documentation upon completion
