Lead Producer (Virtual Events)
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
Dear Candidate,
We require a virtual events producer to work on a major Government project, on an ongoing basis for 6 months, producing up to x20 1hour digital events, each broadcast weekly.
The producer will lead a weekly event broadcast via streaming technologies using various platforms - from Hopin, to YouTube/Linkedin Live, Streamyard etc. You will work closely with our scheduling team on pre-production, technical requirements, speaker recording, animation/layout design, content creation, packaging content for streaming etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Production & streaming of weekly live streaming event
• Adherence to existing brand guidelines & assets
• Work with show-runner, programmers & schedulers with workflow, rehearsals and pre-planning
• Oversee capture of multiple remote speaker pre-recording, inc wifi, lighting, audio checks etc
• Creation of lower thirds, continuity animations, voiceovers
• Lead the creation of show media, video recording and editing, mixing, audio recording, editing and processing, still and motion graphics
• Responsibility for producing final (pre-recorded) event package & overseeing broadcast via streaming platforms.
