KVS On-Demand Encoder Setup

I'm looking for an experienced developer to set up an on-demand video encoder on an external server for Kernel Video Sharing (KVS). The encoder should support MP4 formats and what KVS already include

Requirements:
- Configure on-demand video encoding
- Support for MP4 format
