I am looking for a short-form ad video editor who understands how to make engaging, high-retention ads for Meta/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.
Important: You don’t need to find clips, voiceovers, or scripts. I provide everything A to Z:
UGC clips
Stock b-roll footage
Script + voiceover
Background music reference
Your job is only editing and making the ads psychologically engaging.
Editing Requirements
Auto captions (must appear as a single line, not split into 2 lines).
Caption font: Rubik or Poppins only.
Add arrows/graphics to highlight important moments.
Each scene must be max 2.5 seconds (keep pacing fast & snappy).
Some provided b-rolls are slow → speed them 2x minimum during edit.
Hook (first 3 seconds) is the most important — make it strong, engaging, and attention-grabbing.
Audio levels:
Background music max 20% volume (never overpower VO).
Voiceover normal level 100, but boost to 250 volume for clarity & punch.
