Plot Sales UGC Video
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a concise, high-quality UGC-style video that features a personable on-camera model standing on-site and verbally walking viewers through the exact size and dimensions of a plot we have for sale. The feel should be authentic and social-first—more like a trusted friend explaining the land than a polished TV commercial—yet the audio, lighting, and framing still have to meet professional standards so the measurements are crystal-clear.
You’ll organise the shoot, direct the model, and deliver a fully edited clip ready for my real-estate channels. If you’d like to sprinkle in supporting B-roll (aerials, neighbourhood shots, maps, etc.) I’m open, but the heartbeat of the piece must remain the model’s spoken breakdown of the plot’s dimensions.
Deliverables
• One final MP4 (1080p or higher) with clean colour grade, balanced sound, and subtle branding intro/outro
• Source project files so we can re-cut for future listings
