One Start - Creative designer - Image and video

At One Start, an agency dedicated to maximizing the return on advertising for our e-commerce clients, we are looking for the best Spanish-speaking talent in the area of creative development, copywriting and design of digital publications and advertisements. Who we are: We are One Start, an agency focused on maximizing advertising ROI for our e-commerce clients. We work with leading brands and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
What we are looking for: We are looking for an ad creative and ad creative development expert to help us create and optimize client content to maximize interaction. We want you to have advanced digital design skills in both image and video design and demonstrable experience with results. We also need you to be able to attend weekly meetings to keep us up to date and be available to start as soon as possible, a big plus would be the use of AI design elements and able to design TIKTOK VIDEOS!
Purpose of the position: To succeed in developing creative content for both general platforms and tiktok and be able to use AI tools.
What we offer:
Base salary of $300 USD per month + a performance based increment (all can be discussed).
Flexible hours based on responsibilities and objectives.

Approximate Time Required: We expect you to be able to dedicate 6-8 hours per week to this position (less may be required).
