Creative Video Ads Needed for a Group of Companies in Australia - Ongoing

I'm developing several new businesses and I'm wanting to meet an experienced, creative ad developer who can give them all an upbeat edge and be a bit of a disrupter. I'm looking for an ongoing business relationship. I'm looking for fresh ideas to be presented and not relying on me to drive the project.. For example, I've been told to 'find videos I like' but I'm not wanting to do this, I'm wanting ideas presented to me.
The first business to work on will be a cleaning business called 'Cleaners in Melbourne'. Most of the businesses will have generic names and we could definitely play on that. I want my staff to feel like they have the best job in the world including 1. they get paid properly with higher than industry standard base pay bonuses and extras, 2. they are respected and valued by my team and I, 3. we listen to their feedback and respond, 4. we offer them a career path rather than a job and 5. we offer them buy in to the business after certain KPI's are met.
I think it's only when there is mutual respect between staff and us will the customers be given better than world class service. We are developing an app to measure customer feedback and open real time communication between all parties and do several core business processes (calenders, booking management, GPS tracking, payment systems, customer feedback loops and an affiliate program for staff to refer their friends to work for us, and customers to refer a friend.
There are 2 target audiences we have for the video ads, 1. attracting staff (e.g. this is the best job in the world because of xyz...) and 2. attracting new customers and reinforcing existing ones.
