Bilingual 30-Second Festival Invite

I need a punchy 30-second invitation video for the Rotterdam Food Festival, delivered in both 16:9 and 9:16 formats so we can run it everywhere from our website to Instagram Reels. Real-footage is a must; I'll provide link to some photo/video files I have but you can add appropriate files from other sources. Think mouth-watering close-ups of Turkish delicacies alongside other international dishes, inter-cut with happy crowds soaking up the atmosphere. The event is organized in a mosque, only put age-appropriate material. I'll provide links to example videos.

The core message is the sheer variety of cuisines on offer, while the charitable purpose—raising funds for under-privileged students in Rotterdam—sits subtly in the background as a line of supporting text. Voice-over (or on-screen captions if you prefer) needs to run in two parallel versions: one fully in Dutch, the other fully in Turkish. I’ll supply the exact lines once we lock the storyboard.

Acceptance criteria
• Two finished MP4s: 16:9 and 9:16, each 30 seconds ±1 sec
• Dutch narration version + Turkish narration version, synced properly
• Real-footage visuals featuring:
 – appetising close-ups of food
 – shots of the crowd enjoying the festival
• Clean mix of ambient sound
• Colour-grading and simple lower-thirds for date, venue, and charity note
