Realistic VFX for A brand new TV show "IQ Test"

Job ID: 40159443

Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD

I’m wrapping post-production on the 30-minute pilot episode of my new quiz show, “IQ Test,” and I need a skilled VFX artist to give the footage an understated, photoreal polish. Realistic effects will be woven into almost every scene—action beats, dialogue exchanges, even the on-air transitions—yet the end result must feel effortless, never crowded or flashy.

Here’s the landscape you’ll step into. You’ll receive a locked 4K cut, EXR plates, HDRI, and a detailed shot log. Typical tasks include set extensions, monitor replacements, beauty clean-ups, subtle atmospheric elements, and dynamic lower-third reveals. Everything should sit naturally in the plate, with consistent grain and colour space; think invisible VFX that simply make the show look expensive. Also I want the final editable project file and also the final video exported file

We grade and finish in Adobe Premiere Pro, so please return 32-bit DPX or ProRes 4444 renders with matching time-code. Whether you comp in Nuke, Blender, Maya, Fusion, After Effects, or Houdini is up to you—as long as project files stay organised and editable for future seasons.

Deliverables
• A full-length master (30 min) with all VFX in place
• Shot-by-shot renders or pre-comps aligned to the original timeline
• Clean, well-labelled project files and assets

The episode will be approved once composites are seamless, colour-matched, and true to the clean aesthetic we’re aiming for. If the artist does good you will also be get a chance to work at our other episodes and seasons.

I’m ready to start immediately, so let me know your estimated turnaround for a first pass and share a couple of broadcast-quality samples that show your knack for realistic visual effects.

Good Luck!
