Vertex AI Product Chatbot

I need an end-to-end Vertex AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation chatbot that answers product-specific questions and a clean web interface where users can chat with it. The core objective is fast, accurate information retrieval: a visitor should be able to ask, “Does the X200 come in matte black?” and receive a reliable, well-formed reply pulled straight from our product data.

- customer_reviews_text.csv (n.product:m.reviews)
- customer_shopping_basekt_numbers.csv (n.product : m.products -> culusterd by date and region)
- manufacturers_info_text.csv

The project has features like:
- chatbot history
- delete conversations
- Agent to forward chat history to support team of the shop owner.
- analyzing customer chats to optimize content and agent prompting
