VHDL designer -- 2

Hi, I am working on vhdl project and I am using Basys 3 board and dht11 temperature and humidity sensor. I only want to read the integral part of the temperature from the sensor and show it on the seven segment display. I wrote a code but it does not work and I cannot find the problem. I am looking for help. Thanks.
