I am looking for a freelancer who has experience with Vivado, Vitis, and Basys 3 Board to help me create a LightsOut puzzle with a display on a monitor screen. I have detailed specifications for the puzzle design and functionality that I would like to be implemented. The project needs to be completed within 5 days.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Vivado, Vitis, and Basys 3 Board
- Experience with designing and implementing LightsOut puzzles
- Ability to integrate the puzzle with a display on a monitor screen
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C++ and Verilog
