Tang Nano 9K BitCoin FPGA Miner

Looking for a team to support an open source fork of github.com/archlab-naist/Double-CME-SHA256 integrated into fork of github.com/luke-jr/bfgminer, or better/similar system. Background for this fpga project is this paper ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/9691379 ... I have additional insights on how to reduce the footprint, better pipeline, and speed this design approach up, that were missed in this paper. As you will note from the paper, it's possible to get near ASIC speeds and hash/power efficiency from FPGA's of this class, at a fraction of the cost.
The Tang Nano 9K fpga is pretty powerful, and dead cheap from Ali or eBay, typically $10-15. A well thought out home pool of a few dozen to few hundred of these, should make a very strong miner with minimum heat and power requirements.
Primary reward for this project is your miner with a solid income stream from BTC FPGA pool mining, with low initial capital investment.
There are extensive public docs, including schematics, datasheets, and sample software on the Tang nano and GOWIN documentation servers.
