SmartFusion2 Design for Automated Hardware Testing

I am looking for an expert in FPGA design who can help create a SmartFusion2 design with specific features. the designer shall be able to
- update VHDL design to control other peripherals integrating in the current design
- update the SW on the ARM
Ideally, the testing function should use predefined test cases. The main focus of the testing system needs to be hardware testing. Therefore, essential skills and experience include knowledge of hardware testing techniques and familiarity with FPGA configuration, power management, and communication protocols.
