FPGA programmer

I'm looking for an experienced FPGA programmer to help with a project. The main purpose of the design is signal processing, so expertise in this field is a must. We will be using a Xilinx FPGA board, and require programming to be done in Verilog. We have to develop ultrasonic flaw detector ,so basically reading data from FPGA , process it and send it to microcontroller for display it on LCD screen.
