FPGA VGA Basys 3

I am looking for a skilled FPGA developer who can help me with my project. The project involves creating a VGA output on a Basys 3 board. The VGA output should have a resolution of 640x480 and a frame rate of 60 fps. The FPGA should be able to perform image processing functionalities and the image should be stored in the BRAM. It should be able to display a custom image on a monitor and the image can be processed and filtered with grayscale, increased brightness, decreased brightness, color inversion and other filters. The final project should be written in verilog vivado

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in FPGA development

- Knowledge of image processing algorithms and techniques
- Familiarity with Basys 3 board and its features
