FPGA DEO Nano Traffic Light Programming

I am currently working on a traffic light project and I need the expertise of a VHDL programming guru. Someone who has had previous experience programming the FPGA DEO Nano development board would be a perfect fit, as that's what I am specifically working with. I am using VHDL to code for the EP4CE22F17C6N board.

The base of my project, using a state machine, has already been created. As far as the hardware end of things, I've already prepared the circuit diagram and have started with LED lights and toggle switches. But I do need to make some changes in it as the requirement in order to make it more complex for that I need someone who can do the following additions or changes in the project that I have attached in my zip folder to work exactly as described in the following ;
1) For standard operation the traffic light system will be 5 minutes green light, 45 seconds yellow light before changing to the other direction with the same duration.
2) 2 buttons will be used to indicate when a pedestrian wants to walk across the road. One button for each direction.
3) When a pedestrian presses a walk button, an additional walk light will be turned on during standard operation for 3 minutes of the 5-minute standard duration.
4) 2 Buttons will also be used for the indication of a car wanting to turn left. One button for each direction.
5) When there is a car wanting to turn left, indicated by an input button, the independent left turn light will turn on for 3 minutes to allow the car to turn left followed by a 45-second yellow (can use the same yellow as standard operation) before the standard operation can proceed.
use the two buttons on the board I mean the switches for work as a pedestrian buttons. and use switches as inputs and the pins on the board will work as an outputs to connect to the led in my prototype for the proper functioning.

Ideally, the candidate for this task should have:
- A deep understanding of VHDL programming
- Familiarity with FPGA DEO Nano board
- Good knowledge about LED lights and toggle switches in circuits

The task at hand is a top priority, and I need to have this task accomplished as soon as possible. I am looking for a quick turnaround time without compromising the quality of work.
