Platform Migration & Documentation Specialist Needed

I need help transferring a client’s existing platform to new accounts under our ownership.

The current setup is:

Frontend: React hosted on Vercel

Backend: Python hosted on Render (Starter plan ~€7/month)

Database & Auth: Supabase (Postgres)

Emails: SendGrid (currently Free plan, later Essential ~€20/month)

Code: 4 GitHub repositories with CI/CD pipelines (connected to Vercel/Render/Supabase)

What needs to be done:

Transfer the 4 GitHub repos to our new GitHub org/account.

Connect GitHub repos to our new Vercel account for frontend deployment.

Connect backend repo to our new Render account (including environment variables).

Transfer database & authentication setup to our new Supabase account.

Set up SendGrid with our new account (transfer API key/config for automated emails).

Ensure CI/CD pipelines still work after migration.

Test the full platform (frontend, backend, login/auth, emails).

Document everything (accounts, environment variables, deploy steps).

We already have the original developers’ contact details (they agreed to help transfer projects).

You can communicate directly with them if needed.

Requirements:

Experience with React (Vercel), Python (Render), Supabase, SendGrid

Experience with GitHub CI/CD

Ability to safely handle environment variables & secrets

Clear communication and ability to explain what has been done

Deliverables:

Platform fully running under our new accounts (Vercel, Render, Supabase, SendGrid)

Documentation (short runbook with steps, logins, envs)
