Enhance Bolt.new with DeepSeek API Integration

Objective:
The goal of this project is to fork and enhance the Bolt.new project from the repository at https://github.com/coleam00/bolt.new-any-llm.git on RUNPOD and integrating the DeepSeek API, ensuring seamless deployment pf projects created to cloud hosting platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or similar, and providing improvements for API key management and file write operations.
Project Scope:
Fork and Setup
Fork the Bolt.new repository to a dedicated repository under our organization.
Set up the development environment to run Bolt.new with all its dependencies.
DeepSeek API Integration
Integrate the DeepSeek API into Bolt.new.
Ensure the API calls function correctly and provide an interface to interact with the DeepSeek API.
Create user-friendly error handling and logging for API interactions.
Deployment to Cloud Platforms (Vercel/Netlify/Others)
Ensure the project can be deployed seamlessly to platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or any other suitable cloud platform.
Optimize deployment processes for minimal downtime and easy redeployment.
API Key Management in UI
Build or enhance the UI to allow users to enter and manage their API keys directly from the frontend.
Ensure API keys are securely stored and can be retrieved for use in requests.
Provide clear instructions or tooltips for API key management within the UI.
File Write Optimization
Modify the current Bolt.new behavior to reduce unnecessary file writing operations.
Ensure the system only writes to files when absolutely necessary (e.g., after major changes or configurations).
Implement an option to toggle automatic file writing on or off as needed.
Testing & Documentation
Fully test all integrated features (DeepSeek API, deployment, API key management, file write optimizations).
Provide clear documentation for setting up, deploying, and using the modified Bolt.new version.
