We're seeking an experienced systems engineer to assist with a comprehensive hybrid infrastructure deployment for a 50+ user nonprofit organization. This project involves implementing a complete Windows Server 2025 Active Directory environment, enterprise backup solution with Veeam, and AWS cloud integration.
Key Project Components:
Windows Server 2025 Active Directory deployment (new domain: client.internal)
Dell PowerEdge T560 server configuration with RAID 6
Veeam Backup & Replication with 40+ Windows and 10+ Mac endpoints
AWS S3 backup integration with ObjectLock compliance features
Site-to-Site and Client VPN setup for hybrid connectivity
Google Workspace integration with Active Directory
WSUS deployment for centralized patch management
Phased implementation with staging environment
Required Experience:
Windows Server 2025 and Active Directory expertise
Veeam Backup & Replication configuration and management
AWS services (S3, VPN, security services) implementation
Group Policy and domain migration experience
Network security and firewall configuration
Compliance and data retention requirements
