Vectorworks - Titleblock

We are searching for a freelancer to help us automate our titleblock in Vectorworks.
We have a title-block already designed as a symbol however require someone to set up the Record Formats to ensure the following items can be populated automatically / with input:

- Project - input once
- Client - input once
- Date (automated)
- Drawing (automated from Sheet Title)
- Drawing No. (automated from Sheet no.)
