Luxury Home 3D BIM Model Design
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
We are building a luxury custom home on the East End and have a complete set of CAD construction drawings. We are seeking an architect or experienced designer proficient in Vectorworks Architect to build a detailed 3D BIM model of the residence from these drawings.
The model will serve as the foundation for interior design development, including room layouts, millwork, ceiling and lighting design, and visualization. Work will progress room by room, starting with key spaces such as the kitchen, living areas, stair hall, and master suite.
Candidates must have solid knowledge of residential construction and detailing standards, excellent class/layer organization in Vectorworks, and the ability to produce clean, accurate models suitable for documentation and rendering. Experience in high-end single-family homes and coordination with contractors is preferred.
Deliverables will include the native Vectorworks model, plus DWG and PDF exports for coordination. Rendering capability with Renderworks, Twinmotion, or Enscape is a plus.
This is a multi-phase engagement that may extend through construction and as-built documentation. Please include samples of previous Vectorworks-based residential or interior work demonstrating your modeling and documentation skill
