Vectorize light logo and create dark version (AI, SVG, EPS + PSD)

I have a logo in PNG format (light version). I need it converted into a fully vectorized version, and then a dark version should be created from the same vector master.Final files must be fully editable and not locked or flattened.

Requirements:
- Convert the light PNG logo to true vector format (AI, SVG, EPS)
- Keep exact shapes, proportions, and layout
- Background must be transparent (alpha layer)
- No raster elements left inside the vector
- Clean smooth paths (no rough auto-trace results)
- Text converted to outlines (no font dependency)

Dark version:
- Create a dark-mode version derived from the same vector master
- Adjust colors for proper contrast on dark backgrounds
- Do not change layout, sizes, or proportions

Additional:
- Provide a layered PSD version for both light and dark versions

Deliverables:
- AI master file with both light and dark versions (separate artboards or layers)
- SVG (light + dark)
- EPS (light + dark)
- Layered PSD (light + dark)
- Optional: transparent PDF (light + dark)
