Vectorize Logo with Custom Design Adjustments

I need a logo vectorized and customized as follows:
1. Add an "A" under the EMU footprint (yellow image) using the Georgia font. The footprint should overlay the "A" so it touches the "D" in MAD and the "M" in EMU, creating the effect of an emu walking on the words.
2. Draw and set the footprint and MAD EMU type separately, saving them as individual files.
3. Provide vectorized files in multiple formats (e.g., JPG, PNG) with transparent backgrounds where possible.
Requirements:
- Multiple revisions until the design is correct.
- Deliverables must include separate files for each element and the final combined logo.
