SVG Node Reduction

I'm in need of a freelancer capable of reducing the number of nodes from my vectorized SVG files. The files were vectorized and now have too many nodes, creating inconvenient difficulties. The cleanup can be undertaken in Inkscape or any other software but the files have to be inkscape compatible.
