Print-Ready PNG Vectorization

I designed an image with an AI tool and currently have it as a PNG. I now need a clean, true-to-original vector version suitable for T-shirt printing. No design changes are required—just an accurate rebuild, scaled so it holds a crisp 300 DPI at final print size.
Please send back the finished artwork as AI or EPS (with fonts outlined), along with a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG for confirmation. If you routinely prep files for screen or DTG printing, you’ll know the importance of smooth curves, sharp edges, and properly managed color. That’s exactly what I’m after.
